      Hello and welcome! My name is Kristen Stanley. I was raised in Porter, ME, a small mill town in Oxford County. 

      My hometown and its residents have influenced me both as an artist and educator. The rich historical significance of Porter and its neighboring towns have become a focal point for much of my work, especially my photography. Through my work, I wish to preserve the history of my area as well as the essence of who I am as an individual.
