ASSIGNMENT 01 - Part b: DESIGN EXAMPLE (Due Wed. 01/14)
Bring in an example of what you consider to be good 2-D design (no larger than 9” x 12”). Please be prepared to explain why you think it is good design.

Please note: You do not have to create this design, although it is fine to make a copy of an image that you have created or bring in the original image. If you do an internet search for black and whilte patterns, please be sure to refine the search and only look for images that are above 1024 pixels on the shortest side.  

Additionally, make a photocopied version of the design. Make sure it is a good copy with proper ink coverage and good contrast between light and dark colours and good transitions in grey tones. It is important that your examples are in good shape with no smudges, folds or other distracting features.
